At Ease is a local, Metro Detroit team built around one goal: helping older adults stay at home with dignity. Our caregivers aren't a rotating cast of strangers. They're familiar faces who build real relationships with the people and families they support.

If you're patient, reliable, and genuinely enjoy helping others, we'd like to hear from you. You'll work with a care coordinator who has your back, and with families who value what you do.

Reference check

You authorize us to speak with prior employers and references about your caregiving experience.

Background check

Every caregiver is screened before any client interaction. You'll provide consent as part of your application.

In-person interview

A real conversation about your experience, temperament, and what kind of clients are the best fit.
